thekareem.com (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is operated by Abdul Kareem, a sole proprietorship based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, and is part of the The Fame Lee® portfolio. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, share, and protect personal information when you visit our website or use our services. We comply with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

• Contact info: name, email, business name, phone number — provided when you contact us or book a subscription.
• Payment info: processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe's privacy policy applies: stripe.com/privacy.
• Usage data: pages visited, referrer, device type, approximate location — collected via Google Analytics 4 (GA4) with IP anonymization enabled.
• Cookies: we use essential cookies for functionality and analytics cookies (GA4). See Section 6.

2. How we use your information

• To provide and operate the services you signed up for (build your website, manage your social media, etc.).
• To respond to your inquiries and send service-related emails.
• To process your payments via Stripe.
• To improve our website and services using anonymous analytics.
• To comply with legal obligations.

3. Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the trusted service providers required to run our business:

• Stripe Inc. — payment processing
• Google LLC — Analytics (GA4)
• Hostinger / our SMTP provider — to send you emails
• Government authorities — only if required by law

4. International transfer

Our service providers (Stripe, Google) may store and process data in the United States and other jurisdictions. By using thekareem.com, you consent to your information being transferred to and processed in those countries, subject to the safeguards required under PIPEDA.

5. Data retention

We keep your information only as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations. Inquiry emails are kept for up to 24 months. Active subscription records are kept for the duration of the subscription plus 7 years (Canadian tax retention requirement). You can request deletion of inquiry data anytime.

6. Cookies & tracking

We use two types of cookies:

• Essential cookies — required for the site to function (session, security).
• Analytics cookies — Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymization. These help us understand which pages visitors find useful.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may break parts of the site.

7. Your rights under PIPEDA

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request that we correct inaccurate information
• Withdraw consent for use of your information (subject to legal/contractual restrictions)
• File a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada

8. Security

9. Children

Our services are not directed at anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us info, email us and we'll delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. The “last updated” date at the top shows when. Material changes will be flagged on our homepage for 30 days.
