Refund Policy

We want you happy with our work. This policy explains when refunds are available, and when they're not.

1. Setup fee ($250 CAD)

• Refundable in full if you cancel before we've started any work (typically within 48 hours of payment and before kickoff materials are sent).
• Refundable in part (50%) if you cancel after kickoff but before your website goes live.
• Non-refundable once your website is live or once any social media accounts have been set up under our management.

2. Monthly subscription ($99 CAD/month)

• The monthly fee is non-refundable for the current billing month. We've already done the work for the month you paid for.
• You can cancel at any time — your subscription ends at the close of the current billing period.
• Future months will not be charged once you cancel. We do not auto-renew you against your wishes.

3. Exceptions — when we will refund anyway

We'll process a full or partial refund (at our discretion) in these cases:

• We failed to deliver agreed work and didn't address it within 14 days of being notified in writing.
• A duplicate charge or billing error.
• An obvious clerical mistake on our side.

4. How to request a refund

Email iammrkareem@gmail.com from the email address on your account. Include:

• Your business name
• The charge date and amount
• The reason

We'll respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days via Stripe.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us first before filing a chargeback with your card issuer. Most issues can be resolved within 48 hours. Chargebacks made without first attempting to resolve with us may result in termination of service.
